The vision of the Center for Human and Organizational Potential (cHOP) is to create an environment in which the individual and organizational potential of our people and communities to learn, connect, and thrive is unleashed. cHOP is for faculty, learners, staff, alumni, and community members. We focus on professional growth and development, leadership and excellence, and well-being. cHOP offers a robust coaching program that assists in identifying and mitigating barriers to thriving at both individual and organizational levels. The center works in a proactive and forward-thinking manner to improve the lives and work of SIU in a caring, welcoming and state-of-the-art work and learning environment.
